Who we are. PLMHub is operated by edvone (Edvard), Jülicher Str. 72a, 52070 Aachen, Germany. Contact: edvard.starter@gmail.com.
What we store. Your account (email, optional username), the project data you or your agents push (goals, problems, comments, commits metadata, app and unit models, ER schemas, files you upload), and technical logs needed to run the service.
What we never collect. PLMHub never connects to your code repositories or databases. The plm CLI runs in your environment and pushes only the model you choose to send. We store no source code and no database contents.
Files. Uploaded files are stored privately in EU object storage (Cloudflare R2) and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued to authenticated project members.
Emails. We send sign-in codes and the notifications you trigger (team invites, assignment and removal notices) via Resend. No marketing email.
Sharing. We do not sell or share personal data. Sub-processors: Hetzner (hosting, EU), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/R2), Resend (email).
Your rights. Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time: edvard.starter@gmail.com.
Retention. Data is kept while your account is active and removed on verified deletion requests.
